Pickup Truck Bed long full-size. The 6-inch Rails on the truck pictured are made using heavy duty exterior 3/4" Baltic Birch plywood, stained and finished with several coats of oil-based spar urethane. Let us create a beautiful and functional addition to your pickup truck!
Your truck rail kit will consist of; 4 rails, 4 or 6 stakes depending on your truck model and all necessary stainless-steel bolts. Detailed assembly instructions and a drill template will also be included.
You will need a 1/4" drill to make the holes to for the bolts and 2 clamps to hold the rails in place while you drill. Your rails and stakes will be routed, sanded, stained and coated with protective exterior oil-based spar urethane.
You can pick the color of stain or paint for your rails. We recommend stain.
This is a kit; assembly will be required. The bolt holes will not be pre-drilled. The fit will be more accurate if you can drill them as you assemble the rails. Shipped in a ski box, ship cost $75 anywhere in the continental USA.

Measurements we will need to create your kit:
A - Length of rails - measure from about 1 inch from the cab to the end of the bed.
B - Depth of stake pocket holes
C - Size of stake pocket holes - usually about 1-1/2" x 2"x 6" deep
